I Prefer doubles base points: book before 1 November

I Prefer Hotel Rewards is doubling base points on eligible hotel stays of at least two nights. You must register and book between 1 and 31 October 2026. Your stay must be completed by 31 December 2026.

What is I Prefer, and where are its hotels?

I Prefer is the free loyalty programme of Preferred Travel Group, which includes Preferred Hotels & Resorts. It connects independent hotels and resorts: properties retain their own names and character. Eligible stays earn points towards free or discounted nights. Benefits include member rates, Wi-Fi and opportunities for room upgrades, early check-in and late checkout; room and timing benefits depend on availability.

The worldwide network includes hundreds of hotels, with plenty of choice in Europe and North America, alongside properties in Asia, Mexico and the Caribbean. Hotels featured on the I Prefer website include The Grand in York, The Hollywood Roosevelt in Los Angeles and The Fullerton in Singapore. Dutch examples include Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin in Noordwijk, Park Centraal Amsterdam and De Plesman in The Hague. These illustrate the network; an eligible rate and this offer’s terms still determine whether you earn double points.

Register first, then make a new booking

The Double Points offer is limited to members and qualifying stays. A reservation made before 1 October does not qualify, even if you stay later this autumn. Stays completed before registration are also excluded. A single night is not enough.

Choose a booking channel that earns points

Use IPrefer.com, another designated Preferred website or an eligible direct hotel booking. Add your membership number to the reservation. Online travel agencies such as Expedia and Hotels.com are not eligible earning channels. Certain group, employee and tour-operator rates are also excluded from the standard points programme.

The offer doubles base points; this does not mean that every other bonus doubles too. If you would book directly anyway, the promotion adds value. For an existing reservation, weigh cancellation charges and the price of a new booking first: extra points do not automatically justify a higher room rate.
