Flying Blue’s October 2026 Promo Rewards are available. Selected KLM and Air France flights can be booked for up to 25% fewer Miles. The selection from Amsterdam includes Toronto, Boston and Calgary in Economy from 18,750 Miles. Book in October for travel before 31 March 2027.
The discount applies to the Miles portion of the ticket. Taxes and surcharges must be paid separately in cash. The lowest price depends on available reward seats; not every flight or travel date costs the advertised number of Miles.
From Amsterdam: Economy from 6,000 Miles
On short routes, KLM offers Dublin, Geneva and Vienna from 6,000 Miles in Economy. Budapest and Lisbon are in the regular Business selection from 15,000 Miles.
For long-haul destinations, the advertised starting prices apply to travel to or from Europe. A connecting European flight via Amsterdam or Paris can be included in the reward booking. The table below highlights October options of interest to travellers from the Netherlands.

Extra Exclusive requires a subscription
Some destinations are marked Extra Exclusive and require a Flying Blue Extra subscription. These include Vancouver with KLM from 18,750 Miles in Economy and Lima from 37,500 Miles in Premium Comfort. Air France options under this label include New York from 30,000 Miles in Premium, and Orlando and Cancún from 45,000 Miles in Business.
This paid subscription is separate from your regular Flying Blue status. Before planning a trip to an exclusive destination, check whether your subscription provides access.
The promotional price uses the Light fare
Since September 2026, Flying Blue has offered Light, Standard and Flex reward fares on Air France and KLM. The Promo Rewards price is equivalent to the Light fare. Checked baggage is not included in Economy or Premium. Light normally cannot be changed or refunded; Flying Blue makes an exception for Platinum and Ultimate members.
Standard and Flex require more Miles. Consider the fare that suits your trip, including baggage and flexibility, rather than just the lowest Miles price. Reward tickets do not earn Miles or XP.
How to book
Sign in to KLM or Air France with your Flying Blue account, select payment with Miles and search for your route and dates. Before paying, check the cabin, fare conditions, baggage and total taxes and surcharges. Members can also book a reward ticket for someone else.
The selection and starting prices were checked on 1 October 2026. The promotion runs during October; seat availability and the final price can change.
