KLM Holidays is running its Special Deals promotion from 1 to 12 October 2026, for departures from Amsterdam Schiphol between 1 November 2026 and 31 May 2027. Advertised packages start at €189 per person for three days in Valencia; five days in New York start at €749.

A selection of the Special Deals

Destination Trip duration From per person
Valencia 3 days €189
Prague 3 days €229
Rome 3 days €249
London 3 days €249
New York 5 days €749
Bali 10 days €899
Aruba 8 days €999
Bonaire 8 days €999

These are advertised starting prices in Economy, based on two travellers. Availability is limited and the total depends on your flight, hotel and any rental car. Mandatory fees are included; a credit card surcharge may apply.

Baggage and bonus XP matter

European packages include hand baggage. That differs from the standalone European promotional fares on the KLM deals page, which exclude it. Checked baggage is usually not included with KLM Holidays. The flight details for your chosen package specify the allowance.

Flying Blue members receive the usual flight XP plus 5 bonus XP for a European package or 10 for an intercontinental one. The remaining package spend earns 1 Mile per euro, divided between participating travellers. These are regular KLM Holidays benefits, rather than an additional October promotion.

Where is the value?

Valencia is the cheapest city break in this selection. If you want to book flights and accommodation together, the included hand baggage and extra XP offer tangible benefits. A starting price alone does not establish a saving over booking separately: dates, hotel and baggage must match. Trip duration in days does not necessarily equal the number of hotel nights.

For departures in 2027, pay particular attention to the final price. KLM warns that the higher Dutch air passenger tax is not yet included in the advertised promotional prices. The eventual long-haul surcharge remains uncertain: the Dutch government also describes a proposal to reduce the long-distance tax rate, which still requires approval from both houses of parliament.
